Am I the only one that's getting this set of ads (four on left)....

...at the bottom of EVERY SINGLE THREAD?

Does PH want me to watch them by any chance?

I'm pretty sure they're paid for by Audi so yeah they'll be plugged to death!

This is a new record - five adverts for four vids, part 2 twice!

The adverts are promoted adverts i'm afraid, as this is one of the main revenue streams that keep the site running and everyone employed smile . The campaign will be coming to an end soon you'll be pleased to hear.

We appreciate that it might look like blanket coverage but their are algorithms that are in place which rotate the ads.

I'll will look into why all four have appeared at once though.

Anyone tempted by the RS3?

Oooh there's a part 5 too, how thrilling!

No wonder that kid looks a bit worried.

Absolutely not. I doubt many people are or Audi wouldn't be pushing it as hard as they are.

My whole PH experience, be it mobile or desktop, is dominated by adverts for this automotive snoozefest.

This shock and awe advertising actively alienates users. I'm amazed anyone is actually won over by it and now suddenly finds themselves wanting an Audi for the first time in their lives.

I am getting mighty p'd off with these videos that keep popping and playing without me clicking. And if I close it they carry on running the sound.
Please stop them.

I get all the adverts at the bottom and all the ones down the side with the Audi RS3.

It has been the exact same for numerous weeks now.

The campaign is coming to and end this friday but I will pass on all your comments to our tech team so that we can reduce the inconvenience of any future campaigns.

My whole PH experience, via Firefox whether on mobile or desktop, is moderated by use of AdBlockerPlus wink ; I am aware that this will make me a sinner in the eyes of "the management", and I hear the Sin Bin is very nice this time of year cloud9 - but I hadn't seen, nor heard of, these ads until this thread hehe ...

But I saw the TV ad with the car straining against - then bursting - the tie-down straps; that was enough (and not remotely credible) nuts . A disjointed cover of "Please release me..." accompanying said drivel?? roflsilly

I'm on Chrome at work and I clicked the little x in the corner of each one - now I don't get them at all!

Yep 4 Audi ads here too.

Surprised they are pushing it so much. Still nobody wants one.
